Labeling machine LB2400
Description of the system
Fully automatic labelling machine, which is placed on top of a conveyor. The LB2400 is intended for labelling cheeses after plastic coating. The processed materials for the labels are teabag paper or silk paper. Labels have not to be perforated, special needles hold the labels in the holder. This results in fewer damage of the label on the cheese.
Because of the use of cheese plastic the pores under the label are filled and the label is firmly glued to the cheese. This virtually eliminates the risk of mould under the label.
