Vacuum fryer



Pilot vacuum test frying unit suitable for batch frying experiments under atmospheric and vacuum conditions.

Product batches maximal 0,5 kgs of potato slices input with slice thickness of 1,9 mm. (other slice thickness and products will require different batch sizes).

 


 

The pilot fryer consists of: 

Batch vacuum fryer
Oil circulation system with filter
Vacuum system
Control panel
Skid mounted
Including all necessary valves, controls and pipe work
Including insulation of the batch fryer and pipe work
